Expectations for GAT Expo in Mexico
Gaming & Technology Expo has heeded the call of the legal gaming industry interested in the huge Mexican market and has added GAT Caribe Cancun to its calendar of trade shows and events, to be held at the Cancun Center on November 27 and 28, 2024.
With just under nine months until the groundbreaking trade show that promises to reshape commercial meetings in the Latin American gaming sector, Gaming & Technology Expo is already garnering support from key industry players. Notably, Pragmatic Play has stepped up as the Premium Sponsor of GAT Caribe Cancun, joining other esteemed brands in securing spaces to showcase their products and services. Confirmed exhibitors include Betconstruct, Amusnet, Evenbet, Fast Track, and Gamingtec.
In a significant move, Gaming & Technology Expo has forged a cooperation agreement with AIEJA, the Mexican Association of Gaming and Betting Entertainment Operators and Suppliers. AIEJA has announced its decision to hold its year-end General Assembly at GAT Caribe Cancun on November 26th.
The collaboration between GAT Events and the Mexican gaming sector will be palpable at the upcoming IV International Gaming Convention in Mexico City on March 12th to 14th. José Aníbal Aguirre, CEO of Gaming & Technology Expo, will represent the organization at the event, participating in discussions and panels focusing on the potential of emerging markets in Latin America.
Speaking about the significance of GAT Caribe Cancun, Jose Anibal Aguirre stated, “Adding GAT Caribe Cancun to our event portfolio is a dream come true. With the rapid growth of online gaming in a market where 80 million people have internet access, there is a clear need to update and enhance regulations in both online gaming and the casino vertical.”
The organizers of GAT Caribe Cancun emphasize the event’s contribution to Meetings Tourism (MICE), aiming to bolster its presence in Mexico and establish it as a premier annual commercial meeting for the country’s gaming industry, starting with this inaugural event in the Mexican Caribbean.
GAT Caribe Cancun will feature two days of conferences with experts and authorities in the mornings, followed by afternoon exhibitions in turnkey stands at the spacious halls of the Cancun Center on November 27th and 28th. The days will conclude with networking events at entertainment centers near the venue, offering attendees unparalleled opportunities for interaction and collaboration.
